What it is?  The Wi-care™ system is the latest wireless condition monitoring system from I-Care. 와이케어시스템은 I-care사에서 제작한 최신 무선 상태모니터링 시스템이다. The system has been designed to detect, measure and analyse the root causes of excessive levels of vibration and temperature. 이 시스템은 진동과 온도의 과도한 상태를 감시하고 측정하고 근원을 분석하기위해 설계되었다. The Wi-care system is a cost-effective tool used to report any vibration or temperature deviation in a short time. The I-CARE team of engineers using the data from Wi-care are able to give you a condition monitoring remote diagnosis at any time 24 hours a day/7 days a week. I-care의 엔지니어링팀은 Wi-care로부터 취득한 상태모니터링 정보를 이용하여 상시 감시 및 진단을 수행하고 있다. The condition based maintenance partnership has been created to give you the chance to correct a potential problem before it occurs.  The solution developed in the Wi-care system is based on a receiver connected on the internet and able to manage up to 144 transmitters, each transmitter sending vibration and temperature data. 메인트넌스 파트너쉽 계약에 의해 감시와 진단을 의뢰 받은 후부터는 잠재적인 기계적 문제점이 사고로 발생하기 전에 이를 확인할 수 있게 된다. 총 144개까지 트랜스미터(진동+온도센서)를 확장할 수 있으며 인터넷으로 정보를 전송한다. 물론 귀사에 자체 서버도 보유할 수 있다. In order to reach long distance data transfer and remote locations, the WI-care involves a range extender in its network. Using a web-based portal to manage the system avoids any extra cost and any difficulties linked to software. 긴 거리의 데이터전송과 위치를 연장하기 위해서 간단히 네트워크를 연장할 수 있고, 또한 인터넷 기반 분석소프트웨어는 고비용과 어려운 소프트웨어 운용 등에 장점이 될 것이다. We all know how frustrating it is when you are waiting for your data analysis and you can’t take any quick condition based maintenance decision due to software issues.

Added value?  부가적인 장점을 살펴보면 우선 고정 유선센서가 아니므로 온라인모니터링 구축에 많은 설치비가 들지 않는다. Online monitoring based on permanent wired sensors can be expensive in many applications. Wireless monitoring with wireless vibration sensors improves the reliability of difficult-to-monitor assets with a quick and cost effective installation. Wireless vibration monitoring lends added value with a more flexible system, cutting expense and labour costs on installation and maintenance of the old wired vibration and temperature sensors. You attach the sensors using extra-strong magnets where you need them and in minutes they create a large network of real time data transmission to the gateway data manger in tandem with the range extenders.온도를 포함한 진동센서는 강력한 자석을 이용해서 부착할 수도 있고 추가확정이 가능한 게이트웨이를 이용하여 광범위 실시간 네트워크 통신을 수행하기도 한다. The solution created by Wi-care is very flexible and cost effective because it allows the reuse of existing piezoelectric vibration sensors and turns them into wireless vibration sensors with the single action of plugging the sensor into the wireless transmitter.  와이케어시스템은 또한 현재 보유하고 있는 Piezo타입 진동가속도센서를 간단히 무선 트랜스 미터에 꼽는 것으로 그대로 이용할 수도 있기 때문에 아주 유동적이고 비용을 절감할 수 잇다.
