BISOPE series 13- Vibration Spectrum
Analysis Summary Table (Mechanical Faults)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Order analysis using the vibration spectrum graph is easily
used to find out mechanical defects, electromagnetic defects, and fluid-related
defects. The initial intention was supposed to have started from
the idea that some regularity would be related to mechanical defects through
vibration signals, but in fact, most of the rules that are the basis of order
analysis can be explained physically.
It would be understandable to say that this could be compared to a scientific
analysis of human health and disease.
Mechanical
defects that can be confirmed by vibration spectrum (summary table)
Whether or not there is a mechanical defect in the
equipment can be checked through the vibration spectrum frequency graph. The
table below summarizes the rules of order analysis related to mechanical
defects. However, even if you memorize and understand all of this table, you
need to understand that the vibration diagnosis of the machine has many
problems, so it is only used as a reference for the basics.
